LGBT Caucus to hold meeting, march


The Michigan Democratic Party's LGBT and Allies Caucus will host a general meeting on Saturday, August 1, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Teamster Union Local 243 Hall. The hall is located at 39420 Schoolcraft Rd in Plymouth.

After the meeting, the group will participate in the a march to support a Civil Rights Ordinance in Jackson. Those who can join in will meet at the Bella Notte restaurant, located at 137 W. Michigan Ave in Jackson. The march will take place from 1-6 p.m. Participants will receive a pizza dinner afterward.
